  • You’ll get an email with a tracking number once your shipment is on its way, so you can keep an eye on it.

Customer Pick-Up:

  • You can choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse or have your shipping broker pick it up.
  • Please wait for our notification confirming that your order is ready for pick-up.

Order Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Note that cancellations will incur the shipping & handling charge of your purchase.
