Shipping Information
We totally get it – you want your order ASAP. To make sure you get your items quickly, here’s what we promise:
Same-Day Shipping:
- If your order payment is completed before 12 PM (PST/PDT) on business days, we’ll usually ship it out the same day.
- For bulk orders, please allow us 1-2 business days to prep your items.
Delivery Time:
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, but generally, you can expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days.
- You’ll get an email with a tracking number once your shipment is on its way, so you can keep an eye on it.
Customer Pick-Up:
- You can choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse or have your shipping broker pick it up.
- Please wait for our notification confirming that your order is ready for pick-up.
Order Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Note that cancellations will incur the shipping & handling charge of your purchase.
