Returns:

We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. Our return policy lets you return items within 30 days from the purchase date. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Make sure you have the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll shoot you an email to confirm it’s arrived. Then, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or not.

Refund Process:

  1. If approved, we’ll get the refund going. It’ll be credited back to your original payment method, like your credit card, usually within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, no worries. Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank account again, sometimes refunds take a few days to post.
  2. Contact your credit card company; they might have more info on the refund status.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as it might take some time before the refund shows up. Typically, this can be 7 to 15 business days.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are a no-go for refunds. Sorry about that!

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you got a defective or damaged item and need to swap it for the same product, just reach out through our Contact Us page. We’ll help you out with the exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance to ensure we get your item back safely. Without a tracking number, we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.

Shipping Costs:

Unless we say otherwise, you’re responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
